Karim's - best family restaurant in noida — Restaurant in Dadri

SHABBY RESTAURANT POOR FOOD QUALITY AND ULTRA GHATIYA SERVICE I wish there was a rating below 1 or even 0 and i would have given that to this restaurant. WHen you go there the first thing you notice the poor quality of table cloth etc, as if those are deliberately worn out to make it appear old authentic restaurant. They also take themselves to be the champion of mughlai food, which they don't understand at all. Hence the arrogance in their service. If you happen to be a single person to eat there, they don't server quantity sufficient for one person. They will give u more curry than you need and simply tell you to get it packed if not able to finish. Since I was alone, I went for Biryani. I can say that being from Lucknow, I am very well aware of the truly authentic biryani. This was nowhere close to the same. They are cheating people with claim that they know how to cook authentic biryani but the bahishti gosht biryani that I ate was piece of crap. The waiter just kept it on the table and vanished without me asking if I wanted it to be served. With great difficult , I could hold the hot vessel and server it myself. For the 410 Rs biryani, they only give some onion and ghatiya see chutney to go along. I didn't want to spoint remainder of my mood and taste so I gupled the biryani alone. Please note that I was alone in the restaurant with no customer at all along with me (it was 6:30 PM as I went early for dinner) hence I am particularly critical about the service. I vow never to visit this place again due to the arrogant attitude, poor service, poor quality, ghatiya recipe which is not mughlai for sure and no choice of dishes that are sufficient for one...

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to dine at Karim's restaurant Noida Sector 18 outlet with my colleagues. As a food enthusiast, I was excited to experience the renowned Mughlai cuisine that Karim's is known for. However, I must say that my overall experience left me with mixed feelings.

Firstly, let's talk about the taste of the dishes I tried. I opted for the Mutton Stew and Mutton Jahagiri, expecting rich flavors and authentic Mughlai spices. Unfortunately, the taste was just average. The Mutton Stew lacked the depth and complexity of flavors that I had anticipated, while the Mutton Jahagiri was disappointing as it seemed to be not as fresh as it should have been. The lack of freshness impacted the overall enjoyment of the dish, and it fell short of my expectations.

Moreover, I noticed that the service at Karim's was notably slow. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took a considerable amount of time for them to attend to our needs. From placing our order to receiving the food, there were noticeable delays that affected the overall dining experience. Prompt and efficient service is an essential aspect of any dining establishment, and unfortunately, it was an area where Karim's Noida Sector 18 fell short during my visit.

Despite the average taste and slow service, it is worth noting that Karim's has built a strong reputation over the years, and their other outlets might offer a different experience. It's possible that my visit was an exception, as the quality of food and service can vary...

I am visiting Karim's (All branches in Delhi/NCR) for last 15 years. But my last visit with my family on 23 July 2023 at sector 18 Noida was totally a worst experience of all.

Taste vs Price: Taste is very average now as compare to the price or I would say the price as compare to the portion is a little bit on the higher side.

Service: This was the pathetic part waiter was busy in their internal discussions with other staff and was totally rude on us and shows that he is not interested at all. (We visited at the time where there was no waiting and very less crowded) Still we didn't get prompt response.

Order: I order Soup (That was unavailable) Chicken Burra in starters and Karahi Chicken with Khamiri roti in Main course. Without using a basic common sense and etiquettes of dine in the waiter put all the items in one-go. We started with chicken barra till the time our Karahi chicken started to freeze and Khamiri roti turns into hard rubber texture.

We order additional roti then it took exactly 14 minutes to deliver on table after the order. Our curries almost freeze in our plates while we were waiting.

It looks like now you have achieved what you wanted to and become a brand for Mughlai foods so the feedbacks or experience of few customers doesn't matter to you.

I will never visit again!!
