Maamouche's Alchemy Terrace Bar — Restaurant in Dadri

I went here for a weekend family lunch and thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience. Although I would say the indoor dining ambience was much better developed and maintained but we still preferred eating in the outdoor dining area, as it wasn't super sunny and I simply preferred the cold breeze (personally I enjoy the cold personally but heaters were also available in case someone else doesn't ^^). We also got a complementary gulab jamun and garlic bread for all of us. Although the gulab jamun kind of didn't make sense since we had a proper Italian meal but I'm not complaining. The pasta was quite tasty we ordered both an Alfredo fusili and Penne Arrabiata and me and my dad both ironically ended up liking each other's pasta more. Cheese Bruschettas were very soft and sufficiently layered with cheese on top. French fries that I ordered for my younger brother ended up being surprisingly tasty as well (I honestly didn't expect them to be that good). My brother was also given complementary juice as a kid which was very nice. Although these experiences may vary with you as I went after/during covid times and was probably served better than usual. The manager (maybe owner I don't know --) over here was very active as well. In general I would reccommend this place although some people may find it a little bit expensive as a meal for 3 people and 1 kid ended up being ₹1600+. My only problem was that there was no other desert available other than gulab jamun which is definitely not ideal for a restaurant (technically it's a restrobar) of this scale, but there is Theo's etc outside in the same complex / mall so that wasn't gonna be an issue for me personally. Went on a whim and glad I did! Even on a Saturday evening the place had a lovely, calm atmosphere. I sat outside with a friend. There was no music (which was great because the restaurant next door had live music which was trickling over and anything more would have interfered). The indoors is beautiful and the outdoors is stylish, modern and spacious. The tables are set in a way to allow relaxed seating and ample winds. Lots of fans ensured that no mosquitoes could stop or hover, and the wait staff were quick to bring over repellent sprays and coils. Five stars for that alone! Now, the food is definitely alchemical! I ordered the Beetroot and feta croquettes and loved them. Fresh beets and stringy cheese made for a delectable combination, served with a side of fresh vegetables. I also had a couple of cosmopolitans (which I didn’t love too much but it’s a popular drink and everyone makes it differently so it’s fine). I did also have a spicy guava drink that hit the spot perfectly. My friend ordered a pepper chicken dish and wanted rice on the side instead of noodles and was promptly accommodated. The chef came over to check how everything was, once again confirming that this place gives a damn about their food and their service. Food: The best, healthiest and tastiest food in Noida is here! I've tried almost all the dishes on the Menu, this place has left behind a tonne of eateries in Noida. Their brilliant yet wonderful idea of complimentary garlic bread really caught my eye. The food quantity and quality is highly appreciable and their thin crust pizza base is much better than most of the places today. Be it Italian, Indian or Lebanese cuisine, nothing matches Maamouche's! Personally I would suggest trying Chilli Mushrooms, Dahi Kebab, Pulav, Pesto Pasta, and Veg rolls.

Ambiance: Really cool ambience with proper lighting and interior. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available but mostly will prefer indoors in summers as it gets a lil hot outside. Overall seating arrangement is noteworthy with proper spacing and furniture alignment. Even the furniture color goes well with the interiors.

Service: The staff behaviour is polite & kind, and the services are applaudable. Each & every staff member assures that every customer gets all their food needs fulfilled.
