Hi all ..let's throw in what I feel THE GOOD 1.The ambience is great with comfortable seating but only if you are not seated bang at the entrance ..that cannot be comfortable with anybody . We were a group of 3 and ordered diff stuff ..I had ordered chicken wings ..burnt(over heated ) and dry ( chicken was not fresh )..so took a hell lot of time to eat the scraps .. 3.Another thing we ordered was a Chicken burger with garlic bread as sides..amazed to know that the buns were grilled..roasted ..cooked ...deep fried ( just don't know the technical term for it )..the garlic bread were bun + garlic paste + lot of fire on the stove to burn the stuff . 4.The last item that deserves honourable mention was the Veg burger with French fries as sides.. I don't know about the guy/gal who made it but the person was very angry about something ..may be he had been made to eat the food of the restaurant the night before ..the veggies of the veggie burger were what should I say were not supposedly happy with them being placed their in the burger . What I liked the best was the French fries ...I wish I could order them only in the first place .. 6.Anyways .. I did have some thing to drink as well .. I ordered a couple of virgin mojito ..in which the best part was the ICE( because it was absent ).. THE BAD 1.Food can be bad ..burnt ..and not well made ..drinks can be not chilled ...but hey we can make the ambience comfortable ... Waited as instructed by the board outside to wait till somebody attends to you to take you to the available seating ( waited 15 - 20 mins before anyone even made eye contact ) . Waited at the table for another 15 mins or ( 25 mins ??) For some one to take the order ..( must be busy or under staffed ) .. but we could see a tables being attended to which were occupied late..( must be VIPs can't blame the staffer then ).. Tried to change my drink ( punishable offence in Nando's ) from virgin mojito to lime mojito ...I was told that the drinks were already ready ..( few moments later I could still see the glasses with lemon essence being taken to some soda refill point )..and was told that would require to pay more then what the cost of a lime mojito would be ..for a refill of 25 ml (??) Of white rum ... I gave up the idea at that moment ..realising the seriousness of my offence . THE UGLY Please don't bang your cutlery or crockery on the table ( I mean at least on those on which a customer is seated ) Please make eye contact or any contact at least with people standing and waiting outside your restaurant..( I can understand the distances are huge between your billing section and the entrance so binoculars can help) We were made to feel out of place ( may be we were ..being a regular at burger King and all we werent aware as to what magic does Nando's hold for us ) THE UGLIEST ( sorry Mr Client Eastwood Please ask wether the customer would want to have some water or any water ...( I guess it was presumed that we were carrying our own ) Conclusion Nobody would read it ... Not even the Nando's management but yeah I think the place is great wonderful fantastic ...bombastic ...but sadly not meant for me or my loved ones..this place has a four star rating in South Africa too ..so I can feel they are consistent ( spent 10 mins...

I visited Nando's Mall of India, Noida outlet on Sunday, May 26 for lunch with my husband after a long time, unaware of the relaunch. I was extremely surprised to see the ambience in an unhappy way. We still decided to to carry on as we have always liked the food. Though we found some part of our order good and some okayish, that's not what concerned us much. It is the overall experience that a customer expects after spending their hard earned money on a privileged luxury. Let me put it in short.
The tables are so closely placed that the people passing by us, quite literally had to turn sideways to avoid contact with our table.
The table for two was so small that our complete order couldn't fit on it including our water bottle and glasses for the very basic. Eventually two tables had to be joined.
The first meal was served to us by a waitress, literally thrown on like not even the dhaba people do that too without placing the plates and proper cutlery.
Even after that we had to call out for proper complete cutlery. We didn't particularly enjoy the Espetada ( undercooked though that could be an individual choice).
These are the basics and fundamentals in hospitality business. You can check the authenticity of my review nd feedback as per your footage on the mentioned day and time.
Thanks to our waiter who tried his best to make us as comfortable as he could, we would have ended up leaving the restaurant without accepting the...
Read moreIf you're a fan of flame-grilled burgers, Nando’s might just be your next go-to. I recently popped into one of their locations for a casual bite, and here’s how it stacked up!
Let’s be honest — Nando’s isn’t exactly cheap fast food. The prices lean a bit higher than your typical burger joint. That said, you do get what you pay for. I ordered a chicken burger, which comes with your choice of side (wedges for me, obviously), and I found the portion perfect for one hungry diner. The quality of the ingredients — juicy grilled chicken, fresh buns, and that signature spicy sauce — made it feel more like a proper meal than fast food.
The burger was warm and layered with bold flavors. I went for medium spice, which offered a good kick without being overpowering. The wedges were crispy and perfectly seasoned — dangerously addictive, honestly. Everything tasted fresh and well put together.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick — not sure if was because it was not crowded. The restaurant was organized, clean, and well-run. I was in and out within 30–40 minutes, satisfied and happy.
Final Verdict: Nando’s isn’t the cheapest option out there, but for a satisfying solo meal with bold flavor and good service, it absolutely delivers. One burger with fries is more than enough to fill you up, and if you’re a fan of good burger, it’s hard to go wrong here.
Give it a go if you want a burger...
