Average Experience, Could Be Better

I recently dined at Ni Hao restaurant and had a somewhat mixed experience. While there were some positive aspects, there were also a few areas that could use improvement.

On the positive side, the ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant. The staff members were generally polite and attentive, and the service was reasonably efficient.

However, when it came to the food, I found it to be average at best. The menu had a decent variety of dishes, but the execution fell short. The flavors were somewhat lacking, and the presentation was underwhelming. I expected more authentic and vibrant flavors in a Chinese restaurant.

Additionally, the portion sizes were disappointingly small for the price. It left me feeling unsatisfied and wanting more. While I understand that quality often comes at a cost, the value for money aspect was definitely lacking.

Overall, Ni Hao restaurant has the potential to be a great dining spot with some improvements. Enhancing the flavors and presentation of their dishes, offering more generous portions, and diversifying their menu to accommodate different dietary needs would go a long way in elevating the...

Horrible experience!

This outlet at Gaur city mall needs to replace their staff. I’m pretty sure they will loose most of their customers because of their irresponsible and rude staff.

Order a vegetarian combo meal and chose spring roll as a starter, it was BLAND, SOGGY and cold.

Who serves cold and soggy spring rolls, that too when it was a dine in not a home delivery.

Even the manchurian balls were raw from inside.

When confronted the staff was arguing and refused to accept their mistake and laziness rather than working on it. Also, the manchurian and chilli paneer was cold ans poor quality. All this for 300-400 buck. What a waste of money.

Will never have any meal there and would not recommend...

Very below average food and presentation. Seems like some roadside stall food. Ni Hao markets themselves in fine range and prices are on higher side to regular market prices but the food quality and quantity and taste is below average.
