This was my second visit to this Pizza Hut outlet. But consistently we faced similar issues as last time. The store is critically under staffed, waiters don't pay heed to customers and order arrives in bits. Placing order with rude staff is an ordeal and getting it on your table take ages . Inconsiderate people. It is recommended to eat light snacks before going to this outlet, just to avoid feeling starved with delay of delivery.

Cashier is also frustrated person. You pay by mobile wallet, he will really not listen to you.

Food quality is very good, specially pizza.

Last visit waiter placed the piping hot pizza pan next to by 5 years old, and sadly little one touched the pan, as she was very hungry, waiting for so long, got her hand burnt and cried a lot.

I visited Pizza Hut, GIP, Noida today. Took a Pepsi along with other items, firstly the attendant told we have Pepsi in bottle and are not serving. I told ok. Then when we opened it for consumption, they told its not allowed to open the bottle as the charge is 58 and a glass of Pepsi is 99. This is a catch 22 situation and the guy was very rude. I have few concerns here: The rudeness, they are charging more than MRP on bottle, which is still anyhow ok, but then why are you not allowing to open it, when I have bought the bottle of Pepsi from you.
