Extremely Disappointed with the Staffās Unprofessional Behaviour
Visited this cafƩ today and had a genuinely frustrating experience due to the poor coordination and unprofessional attitude of the staff.
Upon arrival, we were directed to sit on the 4th floor by the staff member at the entrance. After waiting for quite a while and just as our food was being served, another staff member suddenly told us we had to move to the terrace because the area we were sitting in was reserved.
When we objectedāunderstandably, since no one had informed us earlier about any such reservationāthe same person from the entrance claimed he had told us to shift to the terrace if needed. Thatās completely untrue. Had we been informed even slightly about this arrangement, we wouldnāt have chosen to sit there or order in the first place, especially in the afternoon heat.
When we confronted him about not informing us clearly, he casually said, āI thought the reserved guests were coming in the evening, so I let you sitābut now youāll have to move.ā And when we refused to shift to the terrace, he simply said, āSorry, we canāt have you here,ā and denied us service altogether.
Such treatment is absolutely unacceptable. Not only did they waste our time, but they also tried to cover up their miscommunication by putting the blame on us. It was a terrible experience, and I genuinely hope the management looks into this seriously and holds the responsible staff accountable. No paying customer should be...
