A Newly opened roof top seating cafe DeliBombay was in list and we got the chance to cover it up.
The entire gang of office was in dine in area and almost half of the area was occupied by us. We took a little time but placed the order for Chaat Masala Fries, Grilled Veggie Pizza, Alredo white sauce veg and chicken pasta, Virgin Mojito, lemonade, Kolkata Chicken Tikka Roll, Vada Pav, Butter Chicken Pav, Ice Cream Sundae with Mango, Brownie, Banana Caramel Waffles.
They took good amount of time to present the food to us, as we were many and hungry, the food was vanished in few seconds. The presentation of the food was really nice, specially the waffles and matches the standards of a good restaurant.
Thin crust pizza was having good amount of mozzarella cheese but it was not stick to the base of pizza, it was coming out with each slice and making it little discomfort to pick it up with bare hands.
The buns was so soft and the chicken inside too. The thick gravy in chicken and mint sauce was the perfect combination and taste yumm!!!!
Rolls are available everywhere now and become the all time favorite but they taste good in street only, DeliBombay have tried their best in this but it doesn't match the street style taste.
White sauce pasta was good. Best part was having the toast bread which usually the other cafe use of sub standards but it was perfectly baked and found crisp. Chicken pieces was not mixed and nicely presented on the one side of the pasta to mix as per the eater choice.
The maja was kharab in time taking for making the waffles and Mango Ice Cream Sundae. We need to wait for 10+ minutes to have them on table, somehow the wait was worth for. They were really amazing while having them.
In total it was great in experience, perfect mix for NFC market.
Recommendation toh banta hai!!!

Read moreI recently visited DeliBombay while in the NFC market. The place offers a variety of Delhi and Bombay style food. The ambiance is very vibrant and trendy. This is a good place to visit with friends or family.
I had the Eggs Kejriwal with Toast, which was another version of this egg preparation with onions, tomatoes and cheese, served with hashbrowns and mint chutney. Then I had Herb Chicken Crepe. This was a savoury crepe with a flavourful chicken stuffing, toped with cheese and baked. It was served with a tangy marinara sauce and some salad.
What has to be the highlight of my visit to this place DeBo Chicken Cutlets which are bohri style chicken cutlets and these are served with french fries and salad.
Overall the dining experience here was great and this is a place that I will definitely recommend...
Read moreI rarely criticise a resturant but when i do it means the place is actually deplorable. So i ordered a bombay sandwitch, grilled veggie pizza, alfredo pasta and a mint mojito which costed me around 1400₹ 1)Starting with pasta which was not well cooked and the breads served with it were so hard and old it felt like a rusk. 2)Now coming to pizza , the oven was not working so they cooked the pizza from some other place and the crust was so over cooked that it smelled cigaratte bud. 3)Coming on their speciality "The bombay sanwitch" which tasted like road side stale bread and cold potato mashed. 4)Lastly arriving on mint mojito, which i am sure was just sprite with some mint leaves in it.
Staff was polite.
