Al lazeez never disappoint with its consistent taste, being a regular member since last 7 years, still the same taste, washroom is present, chicken is fresh, masala's are good too, prices are moderate, parking is usually available, location is good, services are offered for both sitting and take away as well as service in the car if u are up for car-o-bar, with serving capacity of almost 24 people max Hall is small, cutlery is cheap, staff is nice but Professionalism is very bad, u will find staff sleeping in dinning area, bills are not served properly, u will have to ask something again and again before being brought up to u, most of the time they don't have small denomination currency to repay the balance so u have to wait, Air conditioning is only used if staff feels likes it's necessary, the person behind the counter is always on phone arranging website on laptop showing his back towards customer, recommendations aachari chicken and haryali...
Read moreIt used to be my favourite restaurant to order food, but quality of food has gone down drastically. There are two Al-lazeez here.. one claims old and other new... actually they were same before now they are different... both the shops serve almost same food and quality... Taste is no more like before... from chicken to veg variety all are tasteless now... I don't know what has happened to them but they seems to be running just after making money now and forgot about maintaining taste... The other important part is the mismanagement of traffic... The place has become a mess, you will find lots of swiggy/zomato bikes along with rude and drunk people near the shops making it a unsafe place... Previously they used to manage such people well and used to clean up the traffic.. but now they don't care may be because of the competition with each other...! Better to try some other place if you are looking for good food, safe and...

As for the Chicken Tikka Roll, the chicken seemed half-cooked, which made it not only unappetizing but also potentially unsafe to consume.
Additionally, the packaging was substandard, making the overall experience even worse. I expected much better from Al Lazeez, but this experience was far below any reasonable expectations.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve both the quality of the food and the packaging. This kind of service is unacceptable, and it is disappointing that such...
