Sharma ji should stop selling this version of "no onion garlic chhole bhature" as it clearly differs significantly from the actual recipe. And its not just these two ingredients, the chhole lacked the generic essence of delhi's classic masaledaar chhole which you would find even at your own kicthen. The bhatura too were awful and had a very thick form owing to an equally thick dough.

I remember when we used to get one plate for â¹3.00 and now it costs â¹50.00, and it still tastes awesome, just like it did all those years ago. You don't see Sharma ji around anymore, but, his son is now running the stall. This is one of Moolchand's eating scene's best kept secrets, simply because it opens early in the morning, and is finished before 11:00 am.
