Veggie’s Kitchen — Restaurant in Delhi

The person at the counter does not know the real meaning of customer service and maintaining a goodwill with the customers.

Their person ignore customers who have paid before and make them wait for long. He took money from me for the order I placed and then, served 4 more customers and made me wait. After packing my order, after receiving another customer who placed the same order as me, he returned my money stating the food is over and handed over to the next customer.

This is pathetic! They make you feel this way, and this is not the first time I have experienced this here.

They ignore their female customers and make them wait for long.

Now I will tell this to all my friends and relatives. Definitely not coming back here again!

Such a pathetic way to deal...

No option to give 0 stars, I would’ve probably given that. I ordered food for 15 members for an occasion- Dal makhni- seemed like the cook just added spices and served the dal Shahi paneer- same goes for it Aloo gobhi- too dry Boondi raita- the raita was sweet (who gives sweet dahi for boondi raita) Moong dal halwa- too much dry and very bad taste

I just wasted my money. Firstly when it came in small dabbas we just laughed to see the quantity which was very less as per the rates. Secondly we ordered soya chap gravy which tasted as if it's full of sugar and totally gross. And the soya chap was stale. It's better to eat from a near by dhaba rather than to waste your money here. Very very disappointed. But first experience is the last experience and we will never ever order...
