Bakington Bakery — Restaurant in Delhi

A great lively ambience here at the second branch of Bakington, infact better than it's parent branch. Although the area of the earlier one is larger. It has few tables here to enjoy the delicacies in peace. Great display having almost all the items in glass displays. Also, most of the cookies are there on the shelves from where you can choose them. I like most of them but my favourite is #HONEY BEE COOKIES, which are love! ❤️ Have them once and you'll fall in love with them forever and will crave to have them frequently from here. Other bakery items like muffins, puddings, cup cakes, patties, pizzas and also designer or customized cakes are available here. Other than the pastries and the cakes the remaining snacks or munchies are bit over priced here I feel. The presentation for the desserts is close to perfect. Staff is great and don't have friendly face or have friendly talks but aren't rude either. Just do their job well. Service is swift and pricing is reasonable for most of the items.

A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BAKERY in my opinion, since it's offering a pleothera of options for you to choose from. Few things are over priced but then you get the premium experience for everything. The feel and vibes here are as if you're at some foreign bakery shop. One of the very best...

Very Disappointed – Poor Food & Rude Staff

I had a really bad experience at Bakington. I ordered the spring rolls and the paneer patty, and both were absolutely horrible – stale, lacking flavor, and definitely not fresh. I politely gave my feedback to the staff, but instead of acknowledging it, they were rude and dismissive.

What shocked me even more was when I returned the spring rolls, they placed them right back on the display shelf in front of me. I mentioned that they weren’t good and that it wouldn’t be right to sell them to someone else. The staff’s response? “Maybe they’re not good for you, but we can still sell them to other customers.” Seriously?

This kind of attitude is unacceptable – both in terms of hygiene and customer service. I won’t be returning, and I hope they start taking feedback seriously before more customers are...

In the morning, I called Bakington in Vikaspuri and spoke to Ms. Preeti at 11:15. I told her I needed 7 combos priced at ₹199 each to be ready exactly at 1:30 PM. Is this possible? Because my staff will leave at 1:45 PM, so I can’t have them later than 1:30.

Preeti said, “Yes, sir, it will be ready. You’ll get your 7 combos by 1:30.”

But now it’s almost 2 PM and they’re not ready yet. When I asked them to at least give me the ones that are ready so I could serve half of my staff, they refused. They insisted on giving all 7 combos together, which is taking a lot of time. I am very disappointed with their service. If they couldn’t deliver by 1:30, they shouldn’t have assured me. I would have ordered from somewhere else.
