It was the worst experience in my lifetime in a cafe. This beer cafe staff is really illeterated. We ordered vej platter in which everything was very hard and after complaining they did not changed it. Also we ordered peanuts for which they said its chargable and i have not asked for free peanuts. If i am ordering something means i will pay for it. And they said in such a rude way i cannot even explain here. I went yesterday to celebrate my parents anniversary. Then they said last order is 11pm which was fine. And at 11.30 i ordered one cocktail for which they can simply say kitchen is closed. They took the order and said “pehle order ni hota kya” knowing i am there with my family. Then i asked for bill and asked to remove service charge because of this pathetic service and as per govt guidelines service charge cannot be there by default. Then that so called illeterate manager started abusing and said “yha dubara mat dikhna”. I request owner to take video recording of 31st july night and check how they misbehaved with us. Whole floor of that mall was watching. Request everyone to please not visit this beer cafe janak puri branch...

Since I don’t drink alcohol, he name of this cafe itself might make one think, why ?

Well, certainly it doesn’t mean there’s nothing else other than Beer out here.

Since I was a weekend, it was almost certain there would be some ‘ waiting’ involved. When we entered, at first there was no place but the manager accommodated is by requesting a couple. Very seeet gesture by both, the manager as well as the couple. Really appreciate that.

The Harra Bharra Kebabs were nicely made. Crisp and crunchy.

I honestly didn’t expect the Chargrilled Chicken breast to be this good. This is one dish that I have tried almost everywhere, and certainly Beer Cafe comes very close to the best I’ve have yet ! Lovely !

Also I suggest you must try the peanut Chaat masala. They were generous enough to serve us half of it with a lot of spices and the other half without any spicy flavour. And the halves were also pretty much like full.

This place is certainly on my ‘Repeat list ‘.

The only reason I am not giving if a perfect 5 is because I hope this place was slightly bigger than it is. Else it deserves 5 ! 4.5...
