Title: Food Poisoning & Terrible Customer Service at Rajouri Garden Metro Outlet

I visited Burger Singh - Rajouri Garden Metro Station with my friends and ordered meals worth ₹600+. The food included burgers, fries, and Pepsi, but soon after eating, three of us got severe food poisoning (vomiting, stomach pain, and discomfort). The fries were also excessively salty, which was already a red flag.

When I reported the issue, the response from Burger Singh was extremely disappointing. They first offered a ₹100 coupon, which their own branch refused to accept. After repeated follow-ups, they are now saying ₹100 is the maximum they can offer as compensation—for three people falling sick!

This is a clear case of negligence, poor hygiene, and irresponsible customer service. If a restaurant cannot maintain basic food safety standards, they should not be operating. I have already reported this issue to FSSAI and the National Consumer Helpline, and I urge others to be cautious before eating here.

If Burger Singh doesn’t take responsibility for serving unsafe food, I will escalate this to consumer court.

We placed an order via zomato for 3 burgers and one fries from this outlet and received and incomplete order. One burger and fries were missing. So naturally, we called the restaurant to complaint about this and the guy who answered the phone very casually said “it happens sometimes due to rush” like it’s a regular practice for them to forget packing the complete order or misreading the KOT. He also had the audacity to hang up the phone while we were talking to him because he clearly didn’t want to own up to his mistake or make things right. If these are the kind of untrained people working in the hospitality sector, god knows where its headed. Burger Singh, it’s a humble request, please make sure your employees go through proper training on how to speak to a customer and how to rectify a mistake. The guy on the phone was completely rude and had so much attitude...

It's getting worst and worst ...seriously they gave us cold food.
