We have an annual lunch (2 families - 10+ people) at Diwali and this time thought to try Cafe Delhi Heights. The food was pretty good. However, service was pretty bad. At first we ordered half bottle of Black Label but after consuming that 2 of the guests wanted another round. However, we were denied service of 120mL of liquor because they were not sure that they would be able to finish the entire bottle in 8 days. This is the first time that I have heard this and even after several requests, they denied to serve us. Moreover, the menu card doesn’t have price of half, when we asked the server about the price, we were told, it would be half of the bottle price as mentioned in the menu. However, at the time of billing, we were charged a higher amount and we had to raise this point to get the money reduced. Even after visiting cafe delhi heights several times, this by far was the worst experience ever. I wonder if just a couple of people want to have food and drinks, they should not be allowed to visit here if you plan on having drinks other than...
Read moreI recently visited Cafe Delhi Heights at Pacific Mall on a recommendation, hoping to find Goan cuisine. Unfortunately, it wasn’t on the menu, so I had to explore other options. The menu felt a bit limited, and I eventually settled on the grilled chicken breast with sides of vegetables and mashed potatoes. We also ordered the Falafel Avocado & Chipotle Salad Wrap as a vegetarian choice.
The food was tasty, though the portion sizes—especially the sides—were underwhelming. The wrap was decent, but not quite what I expected. I was hoping for classic falafel balls wrapped in flatbread, but instead received something more mashed in texture. As for the chipotle, I suspect it was tucked into the accompanying salad, though it wasn’t very pronounced.
While the ambience didn’t leave much of an impression, I have to commend the staff—the service was efficient and friendly. I skipped the cocktails and went with a beer instead, but I did notice the bar was well stocked.
Overall, it was a decent experience—pleasant, though not...

We went for dinner this week and had the following items:
Chicken tikka masala pizza - Nice. 3.5/5 Chettinad Prawn (or something similar). - 800 Rs for 6 to 7 small prawns. Absolutely flavourless. 2/5 Basil chicken rice bowl with red rice - Large portion of chicken and rice. Pretty good. 4.5/5
They claim they have beer on tap. When inquired, they did not have it. I asked for Hoeggarden(listed in menu) but again, they did not have it.
Coming to the staff. Perhaps the most unwelcoming staff I've ever seen in Cafe Delhi heights or elsewhere. The staff was uninterested and formed groups and keep chit chatting instead of attending to customers.
The seating was uncomfortable suitable only for kids.
Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Cafe Delhi heights Pacific Mall is so much better than this. No wonder there were largely empty on a Saturday evening.
Never...
