Nothing like the dry, flavourless v.burgers in the UK - lots of different options. We shared the ‘Heavyweight’ and ‘Butter Paneer’. I don’t know why more burger places don’t cook with paneer. The chap who owns the place, unfortunately we didn’t catch his name, was so lovely. He engaged in conversation and was so helpful in guiding us around all the menu choices.
