I have noticed these things everytime I have visited CCD, Kamla Nagar. (1) Extremely cunning and indifferent staff.

Cashier SAKSHI ARYA never asks you "do you want to add on cheese?" or stuff like that. She'll misguide you as if it is complementary. On top of that, they ask you to pay first and the bill only arrives with your food. There is no way you can know the amount breakdown before ordering your meal. And when the bill arrives, you will be shocked to know that you just spent ₹100 on an "add on" you didn't want in the first place.

(2) They are low-witted in the serving aspect too. Servers don't even bother to look at tables in case a customer needs something . You'll have to shout "hello bhaiya" as if you were sitting in a roadside dhaba.
