Dominos has always been a source of joy for many youngsters, kids and many others wanting to have a wonderful time with their folks because theirs a lot to offer at very reasonable prices but my recent order disappointed me a little because this is the same outlet I ordered from some time back.
Things I ordered earlier were a garlic breadstick with a cheesy dip and a large chicken fiesta
I've always loved their plain garlic bread and would continue to order that, the chicken fiesta was really really good, full of toppings, adding some oregano and chilli flakes really made it better.
Coming to the recent order I ordered a veg pizza mania combo and a garlic breadstick again with a cheesy dip. No complaints with the garlic breadstick but 2 of my pizzas from the 4 in the combo I ordered had issues. One had corn all over, some deflated, and the paneer one was a little smashed from the side.
Really disappointed because i know dominos is so much better than this and I've loved ordering from here for years but this is the first experience I've...
Read moreI recently visited the Domino’s outlet in Janakpuri and had a mixed experience. I ordered a Margherita pizza with the new Korean Sweet Chilli Cheese Burst flavor and a Veg Mexicano Taco.
Here’s my take:
Korean Sweet Chilli Pizza: Not really my type. It felt too much like tomato sauce, which didn’t appeal to me. However, people who enjoy a tangy and saucy flavor might like it.
Veg Mexicano Taco: Absolutely loved it! The taco was perfectly crunchy, and the tandoori sauce inside was flavorful and well-balanced.
One downside of my visit was the waiting time. Even for dine-in, it took around 20 minutes for my pizza to be ready, which was a bit of a disappointment. It seemed like it was just my order, though, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.
The ambience was okay, but the stairs leading to the outlet were quite steep, so be careful while climbing.
Overall, the taco is a must-try, but the new pizza flavor and the long wait left me slightly disappointed. Hopefully, the service...

Visited Domino’s in the morning expecting a quick bite, but was extremely disappointed. The entire order counter was blocked off for what looked like a private event — possibly a birthday party or kitty party. There was no clear signage or staff support for walk-in customers. I waited for a while but no one helped or guided us.
When I politely requested space to place an order or sit, a senior lady involved in the event said, “It’s our programme going on.” This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Domino’s is a quick-service restaurant, not a banquet hall.
It seems Domino’s has started renting out their space at the cost of regular customers. Standards have clearly fallen — no proper crowd management, no communication, and absolutely no regard for the dignity of walk-in customers.
Disappointed and left without ordering. Never expected this...
