Home delivery is always on time and pizza quality is very good. Shop ambience is not great though, needs a make-over Dominos Malad especially Upper Govind nagar is best for home delivery & is very prompt in service with good staffs. Pizzas are hot & fresh. There is an interesting, almost popadom type pizza base which makes a nice change and the toppings all tend to be slightly spiced for the local tongues. I recently stopped ordering from Domino's because they just cranked up their prices really high unreasonably. And there was no change in quantity or quality which is disturbing since we are paying 1/4 extra now. Dominos Malad especially malviya nagar is best for home delivery & is very prompt in service with good staffs. Pizzas are hot & fresh. Now after they have improved the mobile app even better, ordering is fast & coupons saves us with good discounts. Cheese Burst Pizzas are a must try !! In my life experience till now so worst Dominos Store I have seen this of Malivya Nagar. Points are :- On order counter only one operator was working and 2 computers were lying idle though there were so many customers. What is the use of 2 computers? Store was so dirty. Out of 4 split AC 2 AC was not working. Counter madam is of serious face having no happy gesture to customers. Salt was very less in Pizza and not up to the mark. Common wash room was not cleaned. Tiles were dirty having stains. Wash basin and tap was old and dirty. Hand wash machine was inclined on wall. Hand dryer was of poor quality having no powerful air so that hand dried quickly and was also inclined one side of wall. Water was spread on the wash room floor. Doormat for shoes cleaning was not there at outside of wash room door. W/C was also old and not cleaned properly. Till I was sitting there I don’t found any store dominos boy to cleanup tables. Store main door entrance glass was so dirty and not cleaned. In totality the atmosphere of the store was not good and so unhygienic.
