Pathetic manager , pathetic staff...they don't know how to talk to a customer. I made online payment which include taxes as well. The mail and msg I received was same as the amount paid. But the bill which delivery boy handed over to me had some due amount mentioned on it. He understood my concern and made me talk to their assistant manager SUNIL . I narrated the whole situation to Sunil but he said the due amount is the tax u have to pay. I went through the bill and cleared with the delivery boy that the tax is included in the bill. Somehow the call got disconnected . Again I called the manager and he started talking rudely. The delivery boy was very polite but the manager had no sense to talk! Despite mentioning Well done comment to domino's employee that the topping of Pizza should be made well, they did not take care and cheese and topping was not put properly and was less, and on another pizza it was okish, so didn't like the preparation of this outlet as compared to other domino's outlets, Also it was a delivery order for which we had paid but they refused to deliver so we had to go all the way to outlet to get pizza. What a service. And they didn't even offer anything complimentary for the inconvenience. Good place to come with your friends and enjoy a meal, especially since it is inside Pacific mall. It is a big outlet and it remains crowded most of the time but it is in the food court of the mall, so seating is not a problem. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food quality is great here as expected of a Domino's outlet. Service is fast too. The outlet/mall is very close to the Subhash Nagar metro station so the location is very convenient. Place seems clean and hygienic, ambience is great and all kinds of people are here to eat and enjoy. I've visited this place many times and will surely recommend this to anyone who is need of quick fast food and is close...
