Worst ever experience... Staff too is so uncooperative. ... I just made an order where they told me to wait for 2 hours. Obviously I was hungry and short of time so I tried to cancel that. Staff affirmed that your order is cancelled. You will get refund in 24 hours... No refund .. no cancellation notification . I called atleast 30 to 40 times sometimes to manager , to staff to get no resolution till 1 month . The staff got transfer to another branch . The manager stopped picking up the calls.When asked to provide that cancellation in writing the branch manager Rajiv even said he has no authority to help us and confirmed the order was not cancelled...The only resolution was to order the same food again .When I went to order that no help was received. Nobody was ready to listen. Horrible people . No customer support you can expect . This is what Dominos is all...

I wish i could give them stars in minus. I ordered pizza through Swiggy at 9:41pm (14/02/21) and the pizza got delivered at 10:46pm. After asking the delivery agent he simply said sorry, handed over the cold pizza and vanished. I tried calling the store but number keep coming busy. This is not acceptable from a recognised brand like Domino's. Will not buy from this store again and also not recommend anyone buying from this store unless you have plans to dine-in.

Update :i got a call 4 days back asking for my review. I told them about the same. They said sorry sir.. We will put a note against your number that your request should be delivered on priority. I'm so disappointed with the service of this branch of Dominos , after waiting so much time food is served cold and taste is bad and service is pathetic, I can see other customers are coming for order and they are busy in themselves, not picking up the phone calls or taking orders in reception and i even told them to take order for someone they are standing their for 15 mins to give order , very disappointed, please don't go for this branch or Domino's have to improve in this branch or this type of services any where, I'm very old customer of dominos but I'm very disappointed with this branch particular, service was bad very bad 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎, if it possible for me to give their 0 eating, I'll...
