Here's Naushad Ahmad yesterday (Tuesday) On 1:25pm afternoon was a very bad incident at the Store of Db gupta road pahar gunj . Me and my brother while enter the Domino's

and starts to go upstairs for the dining at the same moment your Pos employee who's named Dheeraj

Direct stop us to go for the seating and asked place order first then have the dining.

We simply replied that already our 2 guest reached here before 5 menute from us. Let me confirm do they made the order or not yet then I will make confirm my order through the online pickup.

Again on this point he said you can't go before conforming the order and spoke call your guests first come at downstairs and make confirm the order then you all will be able to sit.

I argued that how is your behavior with the dealing customers in the afternoon coming here supposing to have wonderful food and drinks from here or Refreshments but had not idea or expected that i will have this much worse experience with your staff.

During the conversation with tha staff named (Dheeraj)

A person comes announcing himself that I am GDM at the pos area without asking my concern started to talk rudely that (I never expected that this much GM could behave) he said my name is this jo kr sakte ho kr lo apko tameej nh h kese hmare staff se baat krni chiye rather than knowing first my concern.

Started to shout sorry Go out and meeting not allowed continuesly 5 to 6 times without knowing my concern

Respected Management you can have look cctv clips that how was the behavior of Gm and that staff

A person who didn't enter the seating area or havnt occupied the dining he is just came the Cafe and thought to go sit.

So In this particular situation how a gm or Manager or any staff could speak meeting not allowed directly to a person who just entered the Cafe even not reached at the dining.

I am very disappointed through this disgraceful incident what done by your staff.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and experience I recently encountered at your Paharganj Delhi INDIA location. Below are the details of my complaint:

Delayed Delivery: I placed an order and received my order after an unacceptable delay of 45 minutes. Such a long wait time is completely unprofessional and falls far short of the service standards one expects from a reputable brand like Domino's.

Unsanitary Conditions: I saw extremely unhygienic conditions of the premises. This was, without a doubt, the dirtiest Domino's outlet I have ever visited. The state of the store was not only disappointing but also a serious health hazard.

Incorrect Order: The most egregious issue was the blatant disregard for dietary preferences. As a strict vegetarian, I specifically ordered a vegetarian pizza. To my horror, I received a non-vegetarian pizza instead. This is not only unacceptable but also deeply offensive, considering the importance of dietary restrictions and personal beliefs.

The series of failures in service, cleanliness, and order accuracy is entirely inexcusable. I demand that Domino's take immediate and strict action to address these issues. I expect a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate disciplinary measures against the staff involved.

Additionally, I request a full refund for my order and a formal apology for the distress and inconvenience caused.
