Located right below my office, I come here often to savor well made ice creams for desert

ambiance : 3.5/5 Its located right along side many eating joints and you will enjoy a good vibe with college crowd and professionals mingling together.

The shop is clean and well maintained

service : 3/5 Standard qsr style service. Before demonitization he accepted only cash which was odd for such a large established chain. The same has been corrected post Mr modi 's initiative and now he even accepts paytm

Chocolate killer : my new favourite after hot chocolate sundae. Made with a combination of dark chocolate ice cream, oreos, cookies and gems, it's a heavenly delight. Do try the same when you are here

value for money : 4/5 Giani remains expensive compared to off the shelf kwality walls cones or ice cream bricks. But standalone shops combined with fresh sundaes make it...

It's owner is very irresponsible. Today I visited the outlet. I ordered special rabri faluda costs 150 INR. But when I tasted it, it was full of ice.... It becomes watery and the taste becomes so bad.... But he didn't except his mistake. They open these outlets just for show off but their services are very poor ..... Mera bas chalta toh muh pe maar ke aati iska faluda..... Zero rating Zero service, zero taste....... Worthless. Very rude behaviour of that Sikh cashier.... No etiquettes of talking to a customer at all... He is arrogant, didn't ready to except his mistake... Battamez insan ......... Mera bas chalta toh 0 rating...

Will give zero star if they hv dat option. I jus ordered sundae brownie regular size and kulfi faluda from swiggy and they hv given sooo hard brownie must b a mnth old brownie and there is no kulfi and red sweet sauce in faluda. Nt expected frm dem if u hv little bit shame den dnt do it again wid anyone.. cz if sm one paid full amt fr smthing den he deserve smthng better. Wont buy anything frm u...
