Giani's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Delhi

The only thing I will say is that some of the best reputed brands like Giani's Ice Cream have completely dropped their quality and quantity.

I ate falooda from here today which was useless in quantity and quality. I think the staff here is dishonest with the customers.

Secondly, Akhilesh Singh Thakur of your store who sits in the billing counter, his behavior was not good. He was sitting inside in the air condition and even when I was standing outside in the heat, he was talking to me very strangely. Akhilesh Singh Thakur was not treating the customer well. Nor he was talking to the customer properly. This Akhilesh Singh Thakur didn't seem qualified to me. The way of talking and his erogance, you people do not have the ability to talk at all. Giani's Ice Cream should hire qualified staff in the store.

Thirdly, you should have the facility of online payment in the store. Nowadays some people pay by debit card and some people pay online. Akhilesh Singh Thakur, who was in the billing counter, talked to me in a strange way and told me that we do not have this facility here, you give me cash. When I made a lot of requests, then they took payment from me through U.P.I Paytm. But it is not right to harass the customer.

The fourth thing is that you are not allowing anyone to enter the store. You tell one thing that if the customer comes to the store then they should know whether the customer who is ordering from store is making it properly or not.

If you’re looking to enjoy a good dessert, I would not recommend visiting Giani’s. I ordered a Royal Falooda, and the staff initially assured me that it would include dry fruits. However, when the drink arrived, it had no dry fruits at all, and even the milk didn’t taste fresh or good.

What made the experience worse was the staff’s rude and indifferent attitude. When I tried to pay using Swiggy Dineout to avail a 20% discount, they refused, saying they don’t accept Swiggy Dineout or Zomato Dining. When I asked why, they simply said that some restaurants accept it and they don’t; without giving any proper explanation, even though their restaurant is listed on Swiggy Dineout.

Overall, the poor quality of the dessert combined with the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff made the whole experience very disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t...

Very small ice cream parlor with barely any room to move around. If 4-5 people are inside it gets crowded and very crammed. Previously they had some good flavors like the Rose one, but now the flavors don't taste all that great. The Belgian Chocolate is really good, though. Wanted to try a Cheesecake ice-cream this time, but they didn't have it, which was quite a disappointment.
