I have visited this particular Haldiram franchise multiple times over the past few months, and I must say my experience regarding their menu availability has been quite disappointing. Specifically, if you are planning to visit this outlet with the intention of enjoying some rice-based dishes, I would strongly advise against it. On every occasion I have been there, the rice bowls or any rice-related items have consistently been unavailable. It seems that this franchise does not keep rice items in stock regularly, which is quite frustrating for customers who prefer or are looking specifically for those options.
Moreover, I noticed that even the lower-priced items, which usually attract a wide range of customers, are frequently out of stock or not offered at all. This limits the choices significantly, especially for those who might be on a budget or simply want to grab a quick, affordable snack. The absence of these basic and economical food items makes it hard to recommend this place if you are looking for a comprehensive variety or just something simple and cost-effective.
In conclusion, if you are planning a visit to this Haldiram franchise expecting a full menu with rice dishes or any inexpensive options, it’s better to reconsider your choice. Their inconsistent availability of key items is a letdown, and you might leave disappointed if your main aim is to have some rice-based food or...
Read moreHaldiram’s at New Delhi Railway Station is a decent place to grab a quick bite, but there are a few things that could be improved. Since it is located right next to the railway station, it tends to get quite crowded, especially during peak hours. The space inside is relatively small compared to other Haldiram’s outlets, which makes it feel a bit cramped when there are too many people.
The quality of food is good, as expected from Haldiram’s, and the taste remains consistent. However, due to the high footfall, service can sometimes be a bit slow. If you’re in a hurry to catch a train, it might not be the most convenient option.
One area that definitely needs improvement is cleanliness. Given the number of people visiting, the management should ensure better maintenance of hygiene standards. The seating area and tables should be cleaned more frequently to provide a better experience for customers.
Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a quick snack before or after your journey, but be prepared for some crowd and occasional delays in service. If the cleanliness and space issues are addressed, it could become a much better...
Read moreHorrible place. DO NOT GO HERE unless you're on an extremely tight schedule and cannot step outside the station premises. Even then I'd suggest buy packaged food like biscuits and crisps.
The only positive is that it is situated in the station and you do not have to deal with traffic and can grab a quick bite when you're looking for a meal before boarding your train.
It's self service and the service is fast but the queue is long since it attracts a lot of footfall. Food taste is pathetic and price wise it is overpriced compared to the taste. Ordered veg Manchurian fried rice, dahi bhalla chaat, rajma rice and chaas and our total price came to something similar to a fine dining place (atleast the taste would have been much better at the latter). It gets hot in there as well since the AC is not functioning at full capacity and it's difficult to get seating.
So all in all,...
