Haldiram’s at NSP has always been one of my favorite spots to eat! I’ve tried a variety of cuisines here, but the Raj Kachori remains my all-time favorite. In fact, I often find myself visiting just to enjoy this delightful dish.

The location of this Haldiram’s is quite convenient, and the ambiance is absolutely top-notch—I'd rate it a solid 10/10. They offer a wide selection of sweets, making it a go-to place for any sweet tooth. The store also ensures customer comfort with well-maintained washroom facilities and drinking water inside the premises.

The seating area is spacious, yet it’s so popular that most of the seats are usually occupied, no matter when you visit. It's almost always bustling with people, adding to the lively vibe of the place.

Disappointing Experience at Haldiram NSP, Delhi

Today, I bought 2 plates of Dahi Bhalla and 6 plates of Gol Gappe (Pani Puri) from Haldiram, NSP, with high expectations based on the brand’s reputation for quality and taste. However, to my utter disappointment, the experience was far from satisfying. • The Gol Gappe were completely soggy, and the pani (flavoured water) was overly spicy yet tasteless, lacking the refreshing tang and balance one would expect. • The Dahi Bhalla was also a letdown — it was dry, with a very limited amount of curd and chutney, making the dish feel incomplete and unappetizing.

I chose Haldiram specifically, trusting their consistency and standard. But after today’s experience, I felt cheated by a brand I once considered the best in India.

"Utterly disappointed with my recent takeaway experience from Haldiram's NSP branch! I ordered Raj Kachori and Papdi chaat, but when I opened it, I was shocked to find stale food packed haphazardly together - despite specifically requesting takeaway packaging.
