WORST OUTLET EVER

My experience at Haldiram’s Akshardham outlet was nothing short of a nightmare, and I’m absolutely appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. The manager at the cash counter, Dakshay Arora, was beyond unhelpful. I was forced to wait unnecessarily in one queue by him, only to watch Dakshay Arora entertain customers from a completely different line, disregarding any sense of fairness. While the other staff member at a side counter dealt with 4-5 customers, Mr. Dakshay Arora alleged Manager, kept his line of customer increasing and continued to wait in frustration. When I confronted him about it, instead of offering any kind of apology or explanation, he arrogantly told me I should have changed lines—completely ignoring the issue at hand.

It seems that either Haldiram’s no longer cares about its customers or the staff is utterly clueless when it comes to basic hospitality and service. The sheer disrespect and incompetence displayed was shocking. I’ve never encountered such a dreadful experience at any establishment, and it’s clear that this outlet needs a complete overhaul in terms of both staff training and customer care. I will definitely be rethinking my future visits to Haldiram’s after this...
