I went to this Haldiram's to celebrate my birthday. I did not want to go there but since my family does not in a place where non-veg is served, and anyways loves Haldiram's, so we went ahead to this place. Though I have been to many Haldiram's outlet previously, but found this one with zero or negligible managerial support. Initially during billing, there was too much chaos and they could not bill for what was needed. Another couple of things which I did not like as a customer was: different billing for sweets and other food items even when it's not a weight basis sweet and next thing is they started turning off the lights, AC, etc. even when we were eating inside their restaurant. Someone else was also celebrating their birthday, and they had to ask to switch on the lights on their side. We had our food in light coming from their outlet. And we were left with 15-20 mins of our food time before I noted all these things. Even some food item was left and we could not consume, so my uncle humbly asked them to pack it, and they denied that as well. I sensed some sort of attitude in couple of their employees. You can check the cctv as well. I would be one your last customer on July 11. So, not a very happy birthday celebration for me. I even told their manager on floor, that I would be posting this review. Not sure if they take it seriously but not...

On 8th August, due to the Rakhi festival, there was a huge crowd at Haldiram’s outlet located on the 1st floor of Pacific Mall, Netaji Subhash Place. I purchased items worth around ₹1,100, including a multigrain bread. Unfortunately, the bread’s expiry date was 8th August 2025 itself. Due to the rush, I did not check the expiry date at the time of purchase. While travelling in the metro after leaving the restaurant, I noticed that the bread I had purchased was full of fungus. I was extremely disappointed and shocked to see this. It is unacceptable for a reputed brand to display and sell expired food products, especially such sensitive items.

Selling products past their expiry date is not only careless but also against basic food safety and F&B regulations. Customers place their trust in brands like Haldiram, and such incidents seriously damage that trust.

I am sharing the invoice and product photo for reference, and I strongly oppose this practice. Strict action should be taken to ensure this does not happen again, please think about others health, please...

My family and I have been regular customers of Haldiram's for the past 9 years, and during Diwali, we only buy sweets in bulk from Haldiram's.

Yesterday (24th June), my friend and I ordered a Dosa and a plate of Chole Bhature. When my friend asked for extra Chole, Your Employee & front of Manager was rudely refused. I've regularly visited your stores in Tilak Nagar, Rajouri Garden, Chandni Chowk, and Pandra Road, and no one has ever refused me like that before. The last time I visited the Pandra Road store, I was so satisfied that "I GABE IT A 5/5 RATING ON GOOGLE REVIEW".

However, the AC in your D-Mall store often doesn't work in the morning, and although I haven't complained about it, I think you should be more cooperative since we are loyal customers. You charge a good amount for Chole Bhature, and if we ask for a little extra Chole, please don't refuse rudely. This is my request.

Without a doubt, your food and restaurant ambiance are 5/5 deserving, but please keep your attitude positive.

This is not a complaint but a request from a regular...

I visited Haldiram’s at D Mall a few days ago with a friend and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. We tried the Pav Bhaji, Masala Shikanji, Noodles, Raj Kachori, and Rasmalai. Unfortunately, most of the items didn’t meet expectations. The Pav Bhaji lacked flavor — it tasted very basic, and honestly, many local street vendors offer better versions nowadays. The noodles were similarly bland. The Masala Shikanji came in a small bottle with very limited quantity, yet was priced quite high. The Rasmalai felt diluted, almost watery, and didn’t have the richness one would expect. The only item I genuinely enjoyed was the Raj Kachori, which thankfully still retains its original taste and quality. Overall, it’s disappointing to see that over time, both the portion sizes and taste quality have noticeably declined, while prices continue to rise. Haldiram’s used to be a reliable name for quality Indian snacks, but sadly, it no longer feels the same. Disappointing Experience 😞
