A nightmare dining experince- Avoid at All Costs!

I recently had the misfortune of dining at this so-called "fine dining" establishment, and I have to say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had.

Firstly, I found a hair in my chicken tandoori. When I brought this to the waiter's attention, instead of apologizing or offering a replacement, he simply took the hair off the plate and left it there as if it was no big deal. This level of nonchalance is simply unacceptable in any restaurant, let alone one that claims to be fine dining.

The overall cleanliness of the place was appalling. The food mat was filthy, and the tables were messy. To add to the horror, the ambiance was nothing short of tacky. They had hung cheap artificial flowers where one would expect a chandelier, making the place look more like a poorly decorated fast-food joint than a fine dining restaurant.

As for the food, it was downright terrible. The chicken was so oily that there was literally a lake of oil in the bowl. The noodles tasted stale, and the tandoori roti was cold and soggy. Not only was the food tasteless, but it was also clear that there was no care or attention put into its preparation.

In summary, this was an utterly horrible dining experience. The lack of cleanliness, the unprofessional attitude of the staff, and the dreadful food make this a place I would never recommend to anyone. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place...

I booked a table via eazydiner app and there was an instant discount of 25% on total bill amount plus card discount offer upto Rs 1000 over the bill. The restaurant gave me a bill of total amount without any discount. When I asked them about discount, they gave me another bill giving 25% discount. Now when I was paying the bill amount through Eazydiner app for my card discount, they told me that I cannot use Eazydiner app as they have already given me 25% discount. When I confronted them that app is offering two discounts, they said either you pay full bill amount without 25% discount or the card discount. This was harrasment for me as my family was waiting and I was forced to pay the bill through Paytm via UPI.
