Subway Har Govind Enclave — Restaurant in Delhi

There are no complaints when it comes to the subway as the experience is always great but this subway at (location or address) is terrible in every sense. I wanted to record a short video for my page but was stopped rudely (I stopped it immediately as they said it wasn't allowed).

1. The food was served inappropriately, he kept the subs on the counter and said there were no trays available which was really weird.

2. When I asked for the coke I ordered, in a very rude way he replied " Nikal lo jo bhi nikalni h "

3. The taste of the subway was okayish, the same tastes better at the other outlets. I'm pretty sure.

Subway doesn't come in affordable places if one is spending 400-500RS on a sub, they deserve/expect the quality and the services they're paying for. I won't suggest this particular...

I went there waited for like 5-10 minutes before any of the 2 guys listened, other costumers were also waiting, while the staff said that wait we have online orders so everyone just standing there after few more minutes walked out. I mean does it even make sense? You are making all your costumers wait who physically choose to be there, and prioritising online orders who are not even there? If you think this okay, just make it a cloud kitchen no need to operate like this even with all the operations cost doesn’t make sense, if you won’t serving consumers why open? I ordered a corn and peas sub with multigrain bread, toasted with cheese, all veggies with sweet onion, southwest and barbecue sauce. Instead, they sent an Italian bread sub with nothing but lettuce and honey mustard sauce. The bread seemed stale and dry. Calling your food inedible swill would be a complement. Not even an animal would eat that crap, so we had to throw all of it away. If this outlet shuts down, it'll be doing a favour to all subway sandwich lovers out there. Worst experience of my life.
