Keventers serves absolutely delicious milkshakes, especially the caramel and butterscotch flavors. Their Sundaes are also good. The quality of milk, essence, and ice cream is top-notch, and unlike many roadside options, their milkshakes have the perfect balance of sweetness without being overloaded with sugar. The hygienic preparation and precisely weighted ingredients add to the experience.

Few years back they used to give 1 litre bottles but now they have reduced the quantity while keeping the cost same. May be cost-cutting strategy considering the inflation.

Their hot chocolate is also must try. Thought you may be a bit disappointed with the size of the jar vis-a-vis amount paid. But it tastes really good.

Very disappointed with the customer service.

I requested for extra disposable wooden spoons and they refused to give it. I even offered to pay extra but they didn’t agree.

Inspite of having a huge ticket size purchase, they were miserly enough to not spare spoons.

Seriously disappointed with keventers as a company and even more with this branch in specific.

Even the hawkers don’t mind giving a few extra spoons when needed.

Avoid this branch if you want to be treated properly

Edit (after response): The request was for 15 spoons in total. 5 for tub (written servers 5 people on Zomato) + 3 for sundae = 8

extra request = 15 - 8 = 7 spoons.

7 spoons = less than Rs.10 FOR WHICH I OFFERED TO PAY EXTRA.

It was a horrible and Life Threating experience with this Keventers store. I ordered shakes from the store expecting it to be hygienic, safe & tasteful for my consumption considering the brand name,but what I received was contaminated shake filled with Plastic pieces blended within the shake. It was not one kind of plastic but multiple kind of plastics varying in color and textures.
