KFC — Restaurant in Delhi

If I could, I would give them a minus rating, esp in areas of Service, Hygiene, Ambience, Location! Possibly 1 of THE WORST KFC that I've ever visited!

Customers have to cross overflowing garbage dumps and puddles of dirty sewage water to reach the entry. And it was stinking horribly! Yuck! Also, there is hardly any light to help!

The staff,.on Sat night, was abso unenthusiastic, lethargic and totally laidback. Delivery riders were complaining about delays in order. My order took more than 7 mins to be placed as the system was hanging! I think they would have been happier had I just cancelled my order.

The order took more than 10 mins to be prepared and that too when there was no other dine-in customer, and for once the food didn't taste good!

Having ordered 2 diff rolls, there was nothing to indicate which 1 was which and when I asked a staff to identify them, he responded that they were served this way itself and nothing was written! Really?

The seating upstairs was extremely dirty! Tables had not been cleared and the AC didn't seem to be working! The washroom was stinking away and was awfully dirty! No amenities were available and shoe marks were seen on the toilet seat! Disgusting!

A Very Disappointing Experience at KFC, Karol Bagh Metro

I recently visited the KFC outlet near Karol Bagh Metro, and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any KFC restaurant. There was a long queue of people waiting, yet no staff member was taking orders. Everyone seemed busy with packing orders, completely ignoring the customers standing in line. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes just to place my order, while my family waited with me the entire time.

When it comes to the food, it was another letdown. The chicken didn’t seem to be properly fried and had a strange smell. It didn’t taste fresh at all.

To make matters worse, when we sat down to eat, our table was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned by anyone. We had to clean it ourselves before we could even begin eating, which was very disappointing and unacceptable.

Overall, I would not recommend this KFC outlet to anyone. If you're looking for a better experience, I’d suggest going to the KFC in Connaught Place (CP) instead—it’s way better in terms of service and...

Very unfortunate! I saw the reviews from people and it was not good at all. However being close to where I reside, I thought I would try it out and went there on 8th August 2024 @1:20pm. As expected it was; THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENTS after so many complaints from its customers. They better see these reviews and make changes. And for the first time, KFC chicken warm/heated up but the skin was not crispy but only soft!; are they providing us those of yesterday's leftovers at the early hour where crispy and crunchy chicken was expected at that time???! 😮. I am a KFC enthusiast/lover and never experienced bad times with other KFC restaurants like those in #CP and #V3S Mall_Laxmi Nagar, but that evening, we both had stomachache!!
