KFC — Restaurant in Delhi

I recently visited the KFC outlet in Preet Vihar, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The air-conditioning was completely switched off, making the atmosphere extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the food I was served was absolutely cold — something I would never expect from a brand like KFC.

The overall ambiance felt nothing like a genuine KFC outlet; rather, it gave the impression of a poorly managed, third-class replica. Despite raising my concerns, the staff did not take them seriously. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply asked me to adjust and directed me to sit elsewhere, which was highly unprofessional and disappointing.

Given the level of service and the poor quality of food, I don’t feel even 1% satisfied with my visit. The experience was so unpleasant that I highly doubt I will ever return to this branch. Under these circumstances, I believe I have every right to request a refund for my order, as the service and food quality were far below the standards one...

I order through zomato kfc chicken popcorn biryani and roll and they didn't package it correctly major thing they try to fool customer they just put chicken popcorn in veg biryani put gravy on top like road side stall sent it to me anyone who have ordered kfc chicken biryani they know gravy comes in a separate box and also there is Shimla March in kfc chicken popcorn biryani also they didn't tried to hide their mistake they sent this veg biryani with chicken popcorn in veg briyan box and roll omg they just put chicken stripes in the roll didn't even roll it or warm it worse kfc in Delhi zomato didn't help at first but senior management help resolve and refunded my money so if your ordering online don't order from this specific preet vihar outlet go for another one there was no tape on packaging so the order came spilled in packet and fun thing they charge extra for packing if they would have put tape the spillage could be stopped...

This Outlet is managed by specially abled staff, and yesterday I visited first time this kfc after pandemic outbreak, although I have been there so many times in past. I like almost all the items of kfc and tried so many of them, all were finger licking good in taste. I tasted mingle bucket with medium glass of Pepsi as Mirinda was not available, my first preference is always mirinda with kfc chickens. Bucket was full of popcorn, boneless chicken strips,hot wings and was delectable in taste. Light music enhances the taste of chicken with Pepsi.
