I had an unfortunate experience with mehafil dhaba recently, and I feel compelled to share my honest feedback. The main issue that left a sour taste in my mouth was the disappointing delay in the delivery of my order.

Firstly, the promised delivery time was completely overlooked. I understand that delays can happen occasionally, but in this case, the lateness was unjustifiably excessive. My order, which was supposed to arrive within 30 to 45 minutes, was delayed by a staggering hour and a half. This kind of delay is simply unacceptable, especially when customers are expecting their meals promptly.

Additionally, the lack of communication from the restaurant regarding the delay was frustrating. I attempted to reach out to them but to no avail. The absence of any notification or explanation only added to the overall disappointment and inconvenience I experienced as a customer.

Furthermore, when the order finally arrived, the food was subpar and noticeably cold. It was clear that the delay had negatively impacted the quality of the meal. It is disheartening to receive underwhelming food after waiting for an unreasonable amount of time.

In situations like this, a professional and customer-oriented restaurant would take necessary steps to rectify the mistake, such as offering compensation or ensuring that this kind of delay does not happen again in the future. However, I received no such gesture from mehfil dhaba.

All in all, the late delivery from mehfil dhaba was an extremely disappointing experience.

The excessive delay, lack of communication, and subpar quality of food all contributed to an overall negative impression.

I hope that the restaurant takes this feedback constructively and improves upon their delivery service to avoid similar incidents and provide a more pleasant experience for their customers...

If I could give 1000+ stars, I would! Mehfil Dhaba is hands down one of the best places I’ve ever eaten at. The food quality is absolutely A1, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The best part? It’s super budget-friendly—great taste without burning a hole in your pocket!

One dish that keeps pulling me back again and again is their Paneer Butter Masala with Tandoori Butter Roti—it’s simply out of this world! Creamy, rich, and perfectly spiced, it’s become my all-time favorite.

The staff is also amazing—clean, polite, and very well-behaved, which adds to the overall experience.
