Cafe Coffeeco — Restaurant in Delhi

There was no local customers, so I was a bit hesitant when I got in, but prices seemed reasonable. I had an omelette for r25. It was a rather disappointing thin piece of egg, but I should not complain for the price. Nicely air conditioned.

A shock came when a couple of customers started smoking. It was my first restaurant in India where smoking was allowed. I thought it was a law, but I guess I was wrong. I was going to order an espresso for r40, but I couldn't possibly be enjoying it in smoke, I left. 2 stars deducted...

This is a great find. He food is excellent and the people who own and run the cafe are super. The prices are the best I are there very night. And when we changed our hotel, which was a 10 minute way from them. We came back to have tea and lassie sinks and sandwiches for lunch. And dinner every day. They offer free WiFi as well. Chill cafe mostly catering to tourists with breakfast options. But there are definitely locals that come here. I was able to ask about vegan options and ended up with a potato onion Paratha, fruit salad and black tea. Nothing amazing, but good. Prices are about half what you would pay in most tourist-focused places. Yes, unfortunately they do allow smoking, which is sad, but it's not much worse than the smoggy...
