Nazeer Foods — Restaurant in Delhi

I called the first time this guy Amit Chauhan received the call and kept on giggling with his colleagues, i called second time told him to take my order , told him my address and ordered 2 tandoori chicken, told him to deliver by 7:30, he said if u want order at 7:30 place order at 7 pm although the time was 6:50pm, before i could say anything this guy banged the phone. I called up again and said that it's 6:50 u require 45 mins to deliver so deliver by 6:30, this guy named Amit did not reply and kept the phone down again, i called up again and asked me if he is interested in taking my order or not, he said no and banged the phone down, i called up again and a guy named ambuj picked up the order he apologized for amit's behaviour and noted my address, i told him to make the chicken tender and not chewy, he said we can't say that chicken will be tender or chewy and he said i should order from some other restaurant and he kept the phone down.

If the top management of this restaurant is reading this review , let me tell you that your rude staff is going to get your restaurant closed soon... Because they are not interested in taking your customer's orders infact they tell your customer's to order from...

I would like to give negative rating to Nazir foods for

Food- In the starter we ordered mutton seekh kawab but they cheated by giving soya bin kawab. In the main course dal makhni and mutter paneer was tasteless, chicken Biryani they served simple boiled rice.

Service- It was pathetic,1.they take prepayment before delivering food in dining as if they fear their customers fly without paying bill. 2.They deliberately keep a high costly company water bottle price Rs68 and cold drink glass worth 69 3 People keep waiting but no one attend them as they hire single person to deliver food on table

Ambience- Too small, people keep waiting outside gate they don't have toilet and ask people to use KFC toilet.

Based on my real and genuine feedback above ,i would recommend others not to go Nazir foods mainly when going in group or family.
