It's Ok but expensive. I say Ok because they manage a fine taste but they are a miss somewhere and are not that good like what other places offer at this price point like Theos. Like for example I've tried stuff at Theos and their similar pastries are more dense and have a better defined taste. Good place to sit but it comes down to taste for me. They've got some variety to appeal. I bought Chocolate O Chocolate and some Belgian Chocolate slice both were Ok in taste but a bit miss. The Chocolate O Chocolate slice was for Rs 379 or 329 something and you can get same or better taste and quality than it in a 50 Rs pastry Like Chocolate X'cess from 221b Bakers Street or Chocolate Truffle from Cream N Crunch or from Defence Bakery Defence Colony. (and I'm not just saying, I'm taking in account the similarity of taste, the bitterness of chocolate, their moist state, the smoothness of texture, how well it blends in your mouth and how well the Chocolate in them hits your taste buds etc.) You can get better options at this price like you may go to Big Chill Cakery or Theos in RK Puram or Noida or other places. Nik Bakers are not giving you bang for the buck, the taste of their product gives a feeling they are asking way more for what they offer. For me overpriced for what it offers, because I've seen better stuff at this price and...

Read moreNik Bakers, it says is an Australian, who has opened his Bakery business, here in India. I visited his place in Defence colony for the first time on 31st July at around 3.30pm. I got A Cake, 4 Veg patties packed for my family. My total bill was around Rs 1950. Since it was a special occasion, I requested them bor normal Birthday candles. Rudely, I was told that it will cost Rs 50 extra. Mr Nik, please wake up and start training your staff.
Not that I can't afford a birthday candle which I bought from the next shop for Rs 15, but You lost a potential customer. Your products also were nothing to sing songs about. Your patties reeked of sad old fat, used in the. They were sold as veg patties they were full of cottage cheese, which my daughter hates, so they were thrown, where they belong, in the bin.
I would still recommend Wenger's in Connaught Place and Angels in my kitchen, just across the road, in Defence colony market, than this Poor, Rude and...
