Nimtho — Restaurant in Delhi

Fraud outlet. They don't adhere to the orders placed on Zomato or Swiggy. Instead they cancel in online and compel you to accept delivery from their personal delivery guy for the same price. The catch is when you make direct payment through UPI, they will say "sir we haven't received the first payment made (even though it's deducted from account), and would request to pay it second time with a promise to refund the previous amount, in the event the first payment was also successful. Later they won't accept your calls or messages even though you ended up paying twice. I have all the proof and evidence in respect of this fraud. I am taking legal action against this...

Pathetic service, massively delayed orders, and no regard for their customer's time. I decided to try this place for the first time but they hadn't even started preparing my order by the time I should have received it. I can understand a delay of 10-15 minutes but such a massive delay where they more than double the original estimate is unacceptable. And I think it's safe to say that if it happens the very first time you order from a place then it's a common occurrence, so I will not be ordering from this obviously incompetent and unprofessional...

Awful experience. I tried to go for dining with my family, after reaching the place I found out that it is a cloud kitchen. Extremely misleading! They show table booking options on Zomato and have dining pictures everywhere. I would have loved to order from this place but the first experience itself was so disappointing, it shows the sheer disregard they have towards their customers. I can only imagine just how irresponsible they are in actual cooking and serving. Awful experience. Misleading, misguiding, misinformation...
