Nirula's Malviya Nagar — Restaurant in Delhi

If you are nostalgic about the taste of Nirulas from the 90s, don’t go here. Nirulas was there with pizzas long before Dominos came to India. But you won’t get the same taste here anymore. What you will get is pre-made crust from bakery which literally tastes like cardboard with less than a handful of toppings and cheese on it. We spent about 500 rupees per person on getting pizzas from here but the quality of the food was pretty bad. Maybe other stuff like ice creams and fudge is better but based on how bad they have become in 20 years I won’t give them a try.

Pathetic place, ambience and service. I have wasted my money and time visiting this outlet. I have recently visited here and ordered 2 ice tea, the waiting time for this order was almost half an hour and the worst part was their ACs were not working and after waiting for too long when I have recieved my order and and took a sip the ice tea was not cold and its flavour was pathetic. Pathetic is the only word for this outlet. The ambience was horrible, none of the ACs were working, and it was suffocating inside. The staff at Nirula’s Malviya Nagar was shockingly rude and unprofessional, with zero respect for customers.
