The management person Dhruv Sharma is a BIG FRAUDSTER ... he in the name of catering took advance and did not turn up on the day of our Party. We were left stranded, the guy is totally unapologetic, false promises after false promises he would make and will only be interested in taking advance. The staff is extremely rude, ill mannered and not interested in attending customers. This outlet was really good at one time but seems there has been a management or staff change and now it has become a pathetic place to order from. For last few instances, we have seen the quality of the food gibe really bad and even the interactions with the staff makes it worse. The guy taking the order on the phone is really pathetic to talk to and I have decided never to order...

Horrible food, unprofessional and rude staff. Ordered Chilli garlic fish and chicken gyoza which were raw and stinking of stale products. Even though I was sitting outside the kitchen the manager incharge Mr. Subash Sharma was rude and unapologetic. Even though I paid the full bill without eating even quarter of the portion, I hope the managements ego was satisfied and they don’t repeat this uncultured/illiterate behavior...
