RUDE MANAGER. I am a regular customer here for the past four months. Today the manager of the cafe kicked me out of my seat because there were other customers who wanted to take my seat even though there was three seats vacant on the side. This happened after I denied his first request that I don’t want to shift my table because I would be leaving in 10 mins anyways. But he denied my response and repeatedly told me to change my seat. His reason was that I have been sitting for a long time. I ordered my drink I paid for my drink but I wasn’t allowed to sit for 2 hours. If such rules exist firstly display it. And if it was a properly maintained place with staffs trained with proper etiquette then this could have been avoided. Nbc is my goto coffee shop for studying. Hudson outlet is near my college so i prefer to walk here from Vishwavidyalaya metro and study here after classes. Staff is friendly, music is great and unlike Malviya outlet this one has a washroom too. Good coffee.

Edit (5th September): NBC really struggles with their range of cold beverages. It's common to see fat deposit from milk floating in your drink like iced latte or matcha latte.
