PJ's Italian Kneads — Restaurant in Delhi

am writing to formally raise a major complaint about a very disappointing experience with this place .

We had placed an order for a virgin mojito, expecting a standard, refreshing drink. However, what we received was far from acceptable. Not only was the drink poorly prepared, but the overall quality was far below any reasonable standard. The taste was unpleasant,

We saw a worm ( keeda which was most probably was with mint .

the presentation was sloppy, and it did not meet even the basic expectations for a beverage of this kind.

To make matters worse, the service we received was equally unsatisfactory.

The staff were unresponsive to our feedback, the wait time was excessive, or the place lacked hygiene.

This experience has left us with a very negative impression of your establishment. It was not just disappointing—it was unacceptable.

We expect that such concerns are taken seriously.

Visited PJ Italian Kneads recently and had a genuinely good experience. The place has a warm, welcoming vibe and the staff was attentive without being pushy.

Tried a starter, one pasta, their Neapolitan pizza, and two drinks. The pasta had a nice balance of flavours, the pizza crust was soft with a proper wood-fired char, and the starter felt fresh. The drinks were simple and refreshing — nothing overdone, just clean flavours.

Their food and attention to detail is superb. I ordered one white truffle neapolitan pizza and also arrabiata pasta. And trust me, both of these dishes gave me a perfect foodgasm. I am their regular customer from now onwards without a doubt.
