MISHTANAM — Restaurant in Delhi

Unprofessional and rude staff with no manners, they do not know how to talk to their customers. One of the employees, who misbehaved with my mother today, just half an hour ago, is one of the oldest staff members and is old in age. She was standing at the counter to get Khandvi, and this employee came, stood next to her, and said 'CHODH DO' without any reason.

Two days ago, she went to Mishthan to have Khandvi, but the person was serving stale Khandvi, so she refused it that day.

Today, she asked and confirmed whether it was fresh or not. What is worng in confirming it? The employee said they keep it in the fridge. When she was standing in her spot, the same employee came and behaved very rudely.

Being one of Mishthan’s oldest customers since the shop opened, we did not expect this.

I visited the location today with my grandmother and she really wanted to cherish old memories and eat a treat here with me. I requested the staff at the cashier for a stool or chair for my 82 year grandmother, they refused to provide any accommodation because they said they were not allowed to. They had zero professionalism and customer service. It was pathetic. We left without eating and they watched us leave without any concern. My family has been coming to this place for many years and we did not expect this at all. Highly disheartening and I do not recommend anyone take the elderly family members...
