Pizza Hut | Jail Road, Delhi — Restaurant in Delhi

I am very disappointed with the outlet of such an huge brand. No parking space available. I have visited the place many times but none of the time, ACs were not working any time. I requested the staff to turn on the AC but i received the negative response. Staff crunch clearly visible there,no person was available to take the order. I have to wait for a while to order the food. The most disappointed thing was taste of the food. I have not sensed the tasted of the tear n share as it is used to be. I will never visit to that...

Ordered simple margarita pizza. Cheese on top is bit over cooked and did not taste good at all. Breadsticks were overdone. Cheese on breadsticks is merely a formality. They need to redo the recipes. I think it’s high time. Cheese was not great which made the whole experience bad. There are not using the same cheese that they used to. Cutting costs is fine but giving bad experience will not help in retaining customers. 2 stars- one for order taker who was prompt & 1 for timing but...

Staff here is friendly , courteous and puts you thru best menu selection and easy ordering.

Though mgmt around pizza hut qty, taste can be improved.

Undoubtedly pasta is name sake at Pizza Hut. Better go for, are locals or others restaurants.

My all time / anytime Pizza Hut fav was Paneer overloaded which is taken off menu doesn't have equal best replacement so far, Pizza hut is only a hype now in comparison to locals serving quality...
