My recent visit to the Starbucks Coffee House Punjabi Bagh left me deeply disappointed and questioning the reputation of this beloved brand. As a regular customer for years, I have come to expect exceptional hospitality and consistently flavorful coffee. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on both fronts.
Upon entering the coffee house, the initial ambiance seemed promising, but the disinterested and indifferent demeanor of the barista dampened my enthusiasm. The lack of warmth and friendliness was quite striking, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer.
The biggest letdown, however, was the coffee itself. The usual rich and bold flavor that defines Starbucks coffee was conspicuously absent. Instead, the brew tasted bland and lacked the satisfying kick I had grown accustomed to. It was as if I had been served an entirely different brand of coffee.
Additionally, the food service was disappointing. The limited selection of food appeared stale and unappealing, not what I would expect from a renowned coffee house.
As a loyal patron, I cannot help but express my hope that Starbucks addresses these issues promptly. This visit has left me uncertain about returning to this particular branch. I have invested time and money into the Starbucks brand, and I believe that loyal customers deserve better treatment and a more enjoyable coffee experience.
In conclusion, I sincerely hope Starbucks takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve the quality of their coffee and service at this location. Until then, I may explore other coffee shops in the area, seeking the excellent experience I have come to expect...

Where they started testing our patience, we waited nearly 30-35min. For our order to be served, seeing the couple order after us have their order enjoyed and left, I started suspecting thereās something wrong a staff member came twice in the time being to ask our order vaguely. Which resulted in disappointment we got the crispers we ordered after 40 mins. Of long wait but the coffees never arrived I asked him to serve the coffee as well where he came up with a cold one we ordered being the wrong āFLAT WHITE as we ordered JAVA CHIPā when asked he replied the hot oneās being prepared even after 50 mins. Of long wait!!!!!!!! I confirmed whatās the wait for the staff replied weāve lost the slip we wrote your order on to, when they couldāve easily confirmed our order with us thoroughly!! I asked him if he can make another one he vaguely answered to get a refund or wait for another 20 mins. I took the refund and left while he offered me a āTAKE AWAYā!!!!!
Worst experience ever, even the brand value would go down at this rate, there were people around us who also started protesting seeing us voicing out our issue with the staff mentioning their delayed orders even wrong orders to be served to them as well!!!!!

The staff is always friendly, polite and up for any assistance..So five star to that! And today I would like to appreciate Mr.Vasuās initiative to make us taste some of the new flavours(which I never tasted before) it was iced Hazelnut latte and chocolate latte. I really liked the concept of taking feedbacks directly from customers. And I loved the Hazelnut latte.. Mr.Vasu also shared a story about how and when coffee was invented.. It was really sweet to see his enthusiasm and passion about coffee. Needless to say he made it pretty awesome. So kudos to you guys! Ps. Only one complaint- Why all the Tiramisuās got sold out so quickly that I couldnāt even get one ? Lol please stock up more...
