Tandoori Town — Restaurant in Delhi

Normally, I am very liberal with my ratings and comments as I do know that it is difficult to get 💯% satisfaction and one should overlook minor imperfections. In this case, everything was bad and hence the rating is poor. The tour operators get a commission from the Hotel for bringing in tourists to the restaurant. The other restaurants nearby are horrible and looking at the relatively better ambience we stepped into the restaurant and ordered food. They said they don't have any pickles even though we were ready to pay for it ☹️ During the service of ordered items, we reminded them that water was not there in the jug. They nodded but did not provide water even after we somehow managed to finish the food we ordered. Further, many of the items on the menu list were not available. A must try . When i was in lado sarai i suddenly saw this food outlet and thought to try it and i was in dilemma to try it..but i ordered chicken tandoori half and first of all the aroma of the chicken was mouth watering.it was really very tender and juicy.the spices were perfectly marinated over the chicken and perfectly roasted.plates were disposal and hygienic.and the best thing is that the quantity they offer at that price is perfect.half plate of any item is enough for one person,even 2 person.finally i found something better to eat here nearby lado sarai .i will visit again soon to try more items.the owner is very humble n well mannered and the cooks are also very humble.you can park your bike n car just infront of the outlet.they offer free delivery in lado sarai and charges of 50-60 rupees to nearby location other than lado sarai which is perfectly reasonable .far better than...

DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE — SPOILED CHICKEN SERVED WITH ZERO CONCERN FOR HUMAN HEALTH.

I ordered biryani here and was shocked to find the chicken was spoiled, foul-smelling, and clearly unfit for consumption. It wasn’t just bad — it was dangerously rotten. The fact that the restaurant still served it shows zero humanity and utter disregard for customers’ health. This is not just bad service — this is reckless and unacceptable.

I urge anyone reading this to think twice before stepping into this place. If they’re willing to serve spoiled meat, what else are they getting away with in their kitchen?

To any health and food safety officers reading this: PLEASE conduct a thorough inspection of this restaurant immediately. People's health is at serious risk if this is how they operate.
