Had come for snacks & drinks at cafe restro to spend some good time with family and friends. Had such a discouraging experience, from the very poor when we entered the restaurant we were told by Mr. Prahalad that the restaurant is about to close, we will not be able to serve you. They were totally unwelcoming & just wanted us to leave. After much persuasion they let us in & again were discouraged with immense arguments that we will not be able to serve anything to eat, we will not be able to serve you with drinks. When we said we expect better service from Jaypee group, Mr. Anshul kumar almost fought & told us to go and do whatever they needed to do. Very very bad behaviour & customer dealing !!!! Visited this restaurant after a long time… bt to my surprise the services have dropped so low… For takeaways/ packing they r giving food in foil..when asked for a box they said its ₹250+ tax.
