We started with divine Naivedyam hauz khas experience years ago , however opening there branches all around Delhi NCR,they haven't even a quality check with what is being served ,with what attitude and cleanliness it's being served. Especially Patel nagar branch is a big time disappointment wherein u will feel they are doing a favour by serving you..the waiters would notice you or your specific details and demands The toilets are unclean with cockroaches roaming around and when informed to management nobody even bothered. If you come to the food part..maharaja thali was ordered.to our shock they mention savouries and condiments like chips,pickle,fryums,chatni and kosambri..it's a shock when u get a pinch of everything in your thali and if you ask for more of chatni or kosambri u will get exactly 1 tsp extra.. shocking this is called hospitality industry In thali you are served Malabar pratha with no kurma...hats off to your team.how does one eat the paratha with no gravy to support. last night after long waiting I was going to have my food . we were two and waiter made 2 people sit on our table making us uncomfortable throughout as if its a dhabba . Anyway I thought may be food is gr8 thats y they hv such long que but the disappointment was when I asked for rava masala chef spl dosa which was compeletely pathetic , it ws soggy , tasteless and dry . The coconut chutney has no taste lik coconut and sambhar was bland . After such disappointment I ordered for dahi vada thought may be it will be good but navedyam didnt fail to disappoint there also serving poor quality sweet curd with vada and some boondi on top which was not upto the mark . Then I took pan and I threw half of it . My husband ordered for uthpam which was not bad and ok to eat .
