Tashkin Restaurant ( Uzbek & Russian Food) — Restaurant in Delhi

I was twice, and the food was made yesterday, not fresh. When I looked into the kitchen, there the cooks heated up pilaf in a chintz using steam, holding it over boiling water. They are dishonest, although prices are very high. The pilaf price was 300 rupees. Only a picture with a herd of horses above the stairs to the second floor was liked. The staff also deceived us.
