The Waffle Co. — Restaurant in Delhi

I called them today to ask about some waffle my friend had from their waffle nation. They told me to Whatsapp so they can send me the picture of that dessert to confirm that is this the one i want. I ping them on WhatsApp and about the name and price of that dessert. They ignored my message and even i texted them again that can you please deliver this dessert but again no reply and even called them to ask either they can deliver or not but no response again. They don't even know how to deal with their customers.My first experience is seriously worst with them. If you really don't want to deliver the food at least you have to inform the customer not to ignore their messages and calls. I was waiting for their reply for so long. Even i tried zomato also but that particular waffle dessert was not there. Please learn to deal with your customers. I wish i can give them zero star or...

I ordered blueberry waffle online from swiggy. They handed over perfectly with add ons, blueberry syrup/jam, white chocochips, white frother cream, waffle and vanilla ice cream scoop. Every listed item was not assembled and was expected to get assembled by me. I pretty much love the idea for the fact the waffle not get soggy till the time it reach my home.

Packaging/presentation: Lovely packaging, with nice ideas as mentioned above by me.

Food: Waffle was really yummy and pocket friendly. It fulfilled my needs of having blueberry waffle cravings. It was so melting to my mouth, the flavors and aroma got of blueberry got perfectly matched.

Service: swiggy delivery service wasn't that good, but the waffle nation's service was nice. They have done nice on their end.

It's a tini mini outlet and this is what attracted me to try their waffles. later I got to know that it's a venture of Gianni's. They basically serve waffles, crepe and milk shakes. which makes a good evening or late night dessert. they've two serving single and double for waffles where you get a quarter circle of waffle in single and two of them in double. I tried their all white, blueberry,TWC special and strawberry waffles, all of them are served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. the best one was the blueberry waffles and the second I'd choose TWC special. all of them had a fine crust with fillings inside and whipped cream as a layer on the top served with your customisable topping. I also tried their shakes, KitKat and strawberry one. TWC special made a great combo with Strawberry shake.
