Theobroma Bakery and Cake Shop — Restaurant in Delhi

Made a prepaid order for cake. The delivery guy just showed up after 3 hours. No communication. No apology. No update. No courtesy call from the store to ask if need a name on the cake. No extra care in terms of packaging or providing any napkins. I would applaud the packer attaching 2-3 candles to the box. So yeah- for that - thank you. Everytime i have ordered whether in day time or evening there is a call from the store that the ordered quantity is not available and can be replaced by something else. If you dont have the quantity why you dont update on online order platforms. It is the 5th time happening and it has happened in day time orders and also in evening orders.
